How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once it’s been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations — but don’t worry, we’ll still try our best to assist you.

When will my order arrive?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your package is on the way.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
We sincerely apologize! Please send us a photo and your order details within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
