1. Return Eligibility We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, as well as items that do not match the product description. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on worn, washed, or used items; intimates, undergarments, swimwear, and beauty items; earrings and certain accessories; clearance, sale, or discounted products; or any item not returned in its original packaging.
2. Return Window Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. All defect-related claims must include photos or videos for verification.
3. Condition of Returned Items All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from odors or stains, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Items that do not meet these conditions may be eligible only for a partial refund or may be rejected entirely. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective returns, such as size issues or change-of-mind returns.
4. Who Pays for Return Shipping? For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, VantaVogue covers the return shipping cost or may provide a replacement without requiring a return. For returns due to change-of-mind or size-related issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Delivery charges and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at contact.vantavogue@gmail.com within the applicable return window. Provide your order number and photos or videos of the issue. After review, our support team will confirm the approval and send return instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
6. Refund Method & Timeline After your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If your return is rejected, we will notify you with an explanation.
7. Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items If your order arrives with missing items, damaged products, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. We will offer a replacement, reshipment, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Order Cancellation Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing or shipping has not begun. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
9. Return Address The return center address will be provided after your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they will not be accepted.
